7. AD SERVING TECHNOLOGY

We may employ third party ad serving technologies (for example AdRoll, Flurry, AdMob, iAd, AdColony) that use precise methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Platforms. Third parties may collect and use data for this purpose including software, applications, hardware, browser information, internet and on-line usage information and in-game information. The aforementioned data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy and Cookies Policy and the Privacy and Cookies Policy of the company providing the ad serving technologies. You recognise and accept that the advertising companies who deliver ads for us may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own cookies and privacy policies.



Although we take commercially reasonable steps to instruct such advertising companies to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy and Cookies Policy, we do not have access to or control of third-party technologies.


8. HOW YOU CAN REMOVE, UPDATE OR CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING UNSUBSCRIBING FROM OUR EMAILS


When you enter your email address into the sign up bar and click submit, you will be given the opportunity to enter a form and provide us with your details for us to contact you. We will then send you an email for you to confirm you have signed up. If you wish to update, correct or delete your details or unsubscribe from our emails you can do so following the relevant icons and links displayed in our email to you.


If you wish us to delete your details from our records entirely, you will need to contact us at info@hospitalityeventsltd.com as we will need to do this manually for you.

Our festival is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We collect the following Personal data from or about you as an event attendee and/or our email subscriber:


Personal Data collected directly from you through the sign-up process: your name and email address. Our legal basis for the collection and processing of this data is the provision to you of the newsletter requested by you.


Personal data collected directly from you during the booking process: Your full name, address, phone number and, if applicable, other data relevant to your booking such as clothing or shoe size if you are booking ski hire through us. Our legal basis for the collection and processing of this data is the provision of the services purchased by you.


Personal Data received Indirectly through our ticketing or brand partners which enables us to send you the key information of events you are attending and inform you of relevant upcoming events. Our legal basis for the collection and processing of this data; your name and email address, is the provision to you of the services purchased by you.


Personal Data in the form of photos taken during events. Photographs are taken during our events and Hospitalitydnb uses photographs for promotional and brand awareness purposes. A clear signage in venues informs attendees that photos and filming is allowed at our events. If you happen to see a photo of yourself on our social media or other channels that you wish to be removed please get in touch on info@hospitalityeventsltd.com and we will action this.


Personal Data collected automatically from the use by you of the Sites. The data transmitted from your browser includes your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the pages accessed, the access status/HTTP status code, your browser, your operating system and interface, as well as the language and version of the browser software. The legal basis for collecting and processing this personal data is to be able to operate the Sites and provide you with access to the pages you wish to access.

Personal Data received directly from you or indirectly through a person known to you, your name and email address. The legal basis for the collection and processing of this data is to offer you a guest list ticket to our event requested by you or by a person known to you who provided your data to us.

To contact you about our event that you are attending (for example with details on key event info/your guest tickets and your attendance).

We receive the following Personal Data about you if you follow one of our social media accounts: Your account name, gender, general interests, location, age. Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in providing social media and marketing content that is of interest to our followers on social media.
