Hospitality on the Beach is a destination music festival curated by HospitalityDnB, one of the world’s leading drum & bass brands.

1. Contract for Services
- A booking is an offer to buy services and becomes a contract once confirmed by us in writing.
- All bookings are subject to these terms.
- Our website is powered by Easol Travel Ltd, but your contract is with Hospitality D&B Events Ltd.
2. Your Responsibilities
By booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and booking information.
- Be 18+ and ensure others in your party meet all eligibility requirements.
- Take care of your travel documents, insurance, and belongings.
- Inform us promptly if anything changes.
We are not responsible for lost items, incorrect info, or missed travel due to incomplete documents.
3. Prices & Payments
- Prices are listed on the website but may change due to currency or supplier updates.
- We reserve the right to fix pricing errors even after booking.
- Payment must be made in full or via an instalment plan by the specified deadline.
- Local taxes, visas, personal expenses, etc. are not included unless clearly stated.
Platform & Processing Fees:Any refunds, if permitted, will exclude platform, processing, or transaction fees. These are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
By You:
- All bookings are final.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing and may be declined.
- If a refund is approved, it will exclude platform and processing fees.
By Us:
- We may cancel for operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
- We may offer an alternative or a refund (minus fees).
5. Changes to Services
If we need to make changes, you may:
- Accept the change
- Cancel and receive a refund (minus fees)
- Switch to an alternative if offered
Examples of significant changes:
- Major change of location or venue
- Cancellation of headline acts
- Accommodation change to a different city
- Entire festival cancellation
6. Extraordinary Circumstances (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events outside our control such as:
- Natural disasters
- War or political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Epidemics/pandemics
- Airline/transport disruptions
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers these situations.
7. Legal & Liability
- We are only liable for losses resulting from our direct negligence.
- We are not liable for third-party issues, lost belongings, or non-compliance with travel requirements.
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your trip ending.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and branding belong to Hospitality D&B Events Ltd and/or Undivide Ltd.You may not copy, sell, or distribute any content without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.All disputes will be handled in English courts.
10. Package Travel Regulations
If your booking qualifies as a Package Holiday under UK law, additional protections apply.See Appendix 1 (available on request or on our website) for details.
